OANA’S STEPS
When you’re an immigrant, stillness is a privilege you don’t have. You keep walking — sometimes barefoot, sometimes uphill — until movement becomes your language.
For Oana Jarca, walking has always meant becoming.
Born in Eastern Europe, she grew up surrounded by women who carried both strength and silence. After moving to the United States, she transformed her story into design. She studied at Istituto Marangoni Miami, earned advanced degrees in fashion and luxury brand management, and explored how art influences emotional connection in luxury retail.
Her journey — crossing cultures, borders, and expectations — became the soul of VIVA SOLE: A brand created by a woman, for women who understand women.
A Brand For Women Who Move
VIVA SOLE was born from Oana’s belief that fashion should support a woman’s life — not slow her down. She designs for women who juggle work, dreams, motherhood, ambition, and self-discovery.
She often says: “When your feet hurt, everything hurts. You can’t focus on your purpose when all you want is to take your shoes off.”
